Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Disassemble and pack the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, tools, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.
